About Us
The Flow Cytometry & Single Cell Core at the University of Delaware is a shared resource laboratory & core facility under the Bioimaging Center with state-of-the art instruments assisting users in multicolor immuno-phenotyping, cell sorting, cellular metabolic profiling as well as single-cell capture for scRNAseq and multi-omics applications.
We specialize in biomedical sciences, cell and molecular biology as well as provide support for microbiology and plant sciences applications and research projects.
The core is open to all UD researchers, external/academic and commercial clients on a fee-for-service basis. We also host instruments for shared use.
